Trees: Year 1 - Year 3

Taking inspiration from Emma Carlisle’s book What Do You See When You Look At A Tree? we explored different aspects of trees. We made watercolour prints from fallen leaves; relief prints using tree trunks; and plasticine stamps with seeds. Our wrapped twigs were inspired by the sculptures of textile artist Sheila Hicks.
